With 7 floors of luxury, thoughtful design by renowned interior designer Clodagh, and a hidden story rooted in the legacy of composer John Philip Sousa, this one-of-a-kind residence has quietly hosted celebrities, dignitaries, and now—events.

To reflect its transformation from private home to luxury event venue, we were engaged to pitch a brand redesign and marketing strategy that would help Sousa House step confidently into the public eye as a refined, sought-after event destination.

Objective

To develop a brand identity and visual system that communicates the contrast between its understated historic exterior and the truly modern masterpiece within, and to position Sousa House as an exclusive, design-forward event venue unlike anything else in Manhattan.
