Project Scope

The goal of the “Whole Self” campaign was to bring BCG’s purpose to life by highlighting real employees and their unique experiences. This initiative required a strategic and creative approach to storytelling, blending photography, digital content, and social engagement to inspire and connect BCGers across the organization.
