To celebrate culinary artistry and Napa Valley’s finest, The Boca Raton launched Artisans of Wine & Food, a curated three-day event that married refined taste with cultural richness and philanthropic purpose. From vintner-hosted dinners to immersive tastings and a grand charity gala, the experience invited guests to sip, savor, and indulge—while giving back to the community.

Our team was tasked with developing a premium event brand identity, designing print and digital collateral, and executing a 360° marketing campaign to position the event as a must-attend luxury affair with heart.

Event Brand Identity

We crafted a timeless, elegant brand identity that balanced refined sophistication with artisan warmth—a visual narrative suited for luxury wine and food connoisseurs.
Deliverables included:

  • Primary logo and secondary lockups

360° Marketing Campaign

To build excitement and drive attendance, we developed a multi-platform campaign encompassing digital, print, social, and onsite environments.
Key elements included:

  • A teaser and full launch campaign across email, social media, and paid media

  • A content strategy that showcased chef and vintner spotlights, behind-the-scenes planning, and immersive storytelling

  • Design and UX consultation for the event landing page to mirror the elegance of the in-person experience

  • Support for on-site and post-event photography and content capture

Marketing Collateral & Merchandise

To support the attendee experience and promote the brand across all touchpoints, we created a full suite of custom-designed materials:

  • Elegant invitations and save-the-dates

  • Onsite signage, menus, name badges, and tasting cards

  • Custom wine tags, premium lanyards, tote bags, and branded glassware

  • Limited-edition event merchandise (hats, aprons, notebooks)

The weekend concluded with a sold-out Charity Gala, raising funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley & Palm Beach County. The event struck a balance between indulgence and intention—offering unforgettable experiences while supporting a meaningful cause.
